AmbuBus Overview
Course Description: The AmbuBus Bus Stretcher Conversion Kit® from First Line Technology is an effective and efficient solution for mass evacuation and transport of special needs patients, casualties, and others who require non-ambulatory transport. Quickly and easily retrofit buses into mass casualty transport vehicles. With only 1 Kit (2 Frames), convert an existing passenger bus into an Ambulance Bus capable of safely transporting 18 stretchers and IVs along with 6 operators and their medical support equipment. The kit is all-inclusive requiring no additional tools for assembly. In this course you will learn the proper application, setup and operation of the AmbuBus Kit.
IDPM Training
Course Description: Infection control certification and training is a critical aspect of keeping patients safe. Without the foundational knowledge of what infection control for facilities managers is and the purpose that it serves, it becomes nearly impossible to build and maintain a protocol that accomplishes the cleanest, safest facility possible. Following are just a few ways that you can implement a more successful infection control training process. In this course you will become certified as an infectious Disease Prevention Manager and how to oversee a program to keep visitors, staff and patients safe.
ISPS Awareness
Course Description: This course is designed to provide knowledge about health and safety as it relates to infectious diseases. This course will teach workers how infectious diseases are spread in the work environment and how to protect themselves from potential exposure. Workers will learn about the history of infectious diseases, the three categories of Priority Pathogens/Agents as determined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), how to recognize potential hazards, about risk reduction and infection prevention, appropriate application of workplace controls, worker protection including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), isolation and containment procedures, decontamination, and waste management, including the shipping and transporting of infectious materials.

MCI Operations Class
Course Description: Man-made and natural disasters can cause devastating injuries among large numbers of people and catastrophic losses to entire communities. Man-made incidents include active shooters, explosions, train derailments, bus and plane crashes and chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear events. Natural disasters run the gamut from floods to hurricanes to earthquakes and tornadoes. Disasters also include pandemics caused by a new or emerging infectious disease, potentially putting countless lives at risk. When these tragic and traumatizing large-scale events occur, the public expects emergency medical care to be available quickly – to save lives, to treat pain and to lessen the fear of those involved by letting them know help has arrived. In this course you will learn to how to properly respond to and transport patients from a MCI incident using the latest technology and equipment to help you do so.

PPE Don and Doff
Ideal for: Healthcare workers, supervisors, and administrators at U.S. hospital or anyone expected to wear level B or C PPE to perform their job.
Course Description: Do you or your staff feel comfortable putting on PPE or taking it off? Are you a new hospital worker with no training in how to properly put on or take off PPE? Then this class is for you.
What this is for: To protect healthcare workers and other patients at facilities that provide care to a patient with a potential virus or deadly transmittable disease by describing protocols for using PPE.
How to use: Incorporate into infection control and safety training for healthcare workers who provide care to patients with a potential virus or deadly transmittable disease and use in planning for staffing and supply management.
How it relates to other guidance documents: There are two PPE guidance documents for U.S. hospital workers who may evaluate or care for a potential virus or deadly transmittable disease patients. Workers should wear this recommended PPE ensemble when evaluating and caring for:
- A person who meets the definition of a Person Under Investigation (PUI) for a potential virus or deadly transmittable disease
- A person with a confirmed potential virus or deadly transmittable disease.

Because PPE is not a one size fits all solution First Line Utilization Experts jump into how to properly select and use the PPE you may wear to prevent an exposure to yourself and others during the course of your job.
Tox Medicine Awareness
Course Description: Toxicology Paramedics (Tox Medics) are trained to recognize and treat a variety of toxicological syndromes ranging from industrial agents to nuclear, biological or chemical weapons and are trained to provide medical treatment at Hazardous Materials incidents.
Tox Medics are equipped with additional drugs and reference resources, allowing enhanced therapeutic treatment of toxic exposures in the pre-hospital setting.
In this Awareness course you will learn the basics of Toxicology and how to recognize symptomology. You will also learn non-traditional ways to determine whether things are a Hazardous Material and what type of symptoms can be anticipated. This course is great for EMS personnel, Haz Mat Staff, Hospital Workers, and anyone who may have to treat or transport a patient exposed to a Hazardous Material. You do NOT have to be a Paramedic to take this course.
